Eventurous 365 pre-registration fee for all programs is non-refundable and non-transferable. For non-European participants after visa is granted entire fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances. European or other nationalities who do not required visa assistance will get full refund upon cancellation 60 days before the event. 30 days before the event if applicant wants to withdraw or cancel, 30% of the fee will be refunded. For all the participants pre-registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

To claim the refund in case visa is rejected, decision letter from the embassy is required. Eventurous 365 will not be responsible for any difference in exchange rate. Fee will be reimbursed in the same account of origin within 15 working days. Any service charges or taxes on refund will be deducted from the fee.
