In case of visa refusal visa and insurance fee is non refundable, balance amount refund will be made within 15 working days.

If Visa required Eventurous 365 will provide you complete assistance. You will get an invitation letter after full payment of Camporee fee. You will also receive a complete list of requirements along with a visa form. Eventurous 365 will assist you throughout the visa process.

No! The camporee includes visa assistance.

Yes! If you do not require a visa, the visa fee will be reimbursed.

Yes after Camporee you are free to travel in any other Schengen area. You need to inform Eventurous 365 in advance to book your return ticket. Any additional cost due to change in return date and destination will be charged.
